All of the accommodation on our farm is built around a central werf, giving it the feeling of a small village whilst allowing
each guest unit the privacy of its own stoep and garden. The cottages, decorated in warm colours, are designed with the guest’s
utmost comfort in mind. Every self-catering unit is supplied with a braai and free fire-wood.
Enjoy the 150 year old thick walls, fireplace and reed ceilings of this independently standing 2-en-suite bedroom cottage,
with its cosy lounge and modern kitchenette as well as an enclosed garden. The slight apartness of this cottage makes it the
ideal choice for the family holiday maker.
Pincushion with its additional, but separate small bedroom, Frikkie, has the special feature of two stoeps, one opening onto
the werf and the other overlooking the mountains. The comfortable lounge and fireplace is separated from a fully equipped
kitchen. Together 4 guests can be accommodated with a possible extra bed in the lounge.
Standing adjacent to Pincushion this historically romantic cottage has the special feature of a Dover stove standing in the
kitchen’s large old fireplace. The spacious bedroom has a big bath tub attached as well as an outside shower. Its private stoep
offers a stunning view of both the mountains and the pastures below them.
These newly built double en-suite rooms retain the charming old style but offer modern conveniences, some with in and outdoor
showers and others with a large bath-tub. Although these rooms do not have kitchenettes, they are equipped for tea and coffee
making. Sagewood’s verandahs open onto the lawns of the werf whilst Shannonea enjoys the wide vista of the mountains.
On request a light health breakfast can be brought to your room for an additional R 40 pp.

requirement that all pets are fully inoculated and don’t have ticks or fleas.
